We supply your property details with pictures to clients that are seeking the area, type of place and price range of your rental. The tenants that we refer to you pay a fee for our services, therefore decreasing your chance of getting an unqualified tenant. We also note your tenant preferences such as smoking, pets, working etc. and pass this information along.

Our clients count on us to monitor the rental market in the Lower Mainland for them. We currently have several hundred quality tenants looking for a rental !

Once listed your property remains on file for 2 weeks, you may call or log on at any time to make changes, say it is now rented or to notify us it is still available (refreshing your 2 week run cycle). There is no obligation to rent to anyone we refer and again it is absolutely FREE.
